First Real Snow Day

A man sweeps the snow away from the C-train station.  Yesterday was our first cold/snow day of the season.

    Wow! Really?? I suppose I shouldn't be surprised, but here in Seattle, I've only just scraped ice once so far. Bundle up, stay warm!

    Ya we have cold winters here mostly because of our altitude. But we do get Chinooks from the Rocky Mountains which are great! It is not uncommon to have a few weeks of -30c weather in winter in Calgary.
